Guest Services
The Wyoming Valley Mall Customer Service Center is located in the Sears wing of the mall, between Sears and The Disney Store and provides the following services:
- Sale of Gift Cards
- Use of wheelchairs free of charge
- Registration area for all promotions and giveaways
- Pennsylvania Lottery sales
- Sign-up for Mall Walker program

Monday to Saturday: 10-9
Sunday: 11-6
